IS IT LEGAL?

As of September 2021, CBD (cannabidiol) is legal for medicinal and scientific purposes in South Africa. CBD formulations, comprising items with a daily dose of CBD below 20 mg, are currently permitted for sale and are excluded from the Medicines Act Schedules.
